Marich or Lanka (লঙ্কাগুঁড়া) is its Bengali name. We are selling it mainly for cooking. It is totally pure and handmade under our direct supervision. The scientific name is capsicum.

Uses

Chili powder is commonly used in traditional dishes like enchiladas and tacos. But a spoonful also adds a welcome kick to grilled meats, stew, soup, a pot of beans, and vegetables. It is very popular in India.

There are varieties of pepper. Some popular Indian varieties are among them.
