Arjun Bark

Its botanical name is Terminalia Arjuna. Englis is Arjuna, the family Combretaceae. It is a large and tall deciduous tree. It is one of three fruits of Triphala.

How to eat

• First wash the bark
• Keep the bark in water over night
• Boil the bark with water and take it in the morning.
