Hot and Cold Gel Pack. It can be used in a Microwaveable Reusable Compress Cold Therapy Pack for Shoulder, Wrist Injuries, Treating Knee, Arm Elbow Back Ankle, and Neck Hip.

• HOT-COLD THERAPY – Compress bags directions: For cold therapy place pack in the freezer for 1 hour, for hot therapy microwave for 30 seconds (room-temperature pack) or 1 minute (frozen pack). Use a light towel or fabric barrier between the skin and the pack. DON’T put packs in the freezer for more than 3 hours to avoid it being too frozen and DON’T microwave for more than 1 minute or it can burst.
