Manohari Shop - Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with a product you purchased from us, we are here to help under the following policy.

Conditions for Return or Replacement:
You can request a return or replacement under these conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Delivered: You receive a different product than what you ordered.
  2. Defective or Damaged Product: The item is broken, faulty, or damaged upon arrival.
  3. Missing Parts or Accessories: The box is missing the included parts or accessories that should be inside.

Reporting Timeframe:
Any problem must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The Return Process:

            Your Order Number

             Product Name

            A clear description of the issue and photos as proof.

Preserve the Product: Please keep the product, its original box, and all accessories (including the invoice) safely.

The Solution: Once we verify the issue, we will offer your preferred solution:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement with a new unit of the same product.

Non-Returnable Items:
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Change of customer preference (e.g., colour, size).
  2. If the complaint is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  3. If the product shows signs of use, is damaged by the customer, or has its original tags/packaging missing.
  4. Certain products for health and hygiene reasons (e.g., innerwear).

Refunds:
The refund process may take 5-7 business days to complete, depending on your bank or mobile financial service. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
